  • Calendar Data: When you connect a calendar (e.g., Google Calendar), we receive access tokens that allow us to check your availability (free/busy status) and create calendar events on your behalf. We do not store the full contents of your calendar events.
  • Authentication Data: Profile information from chosen login providers (Google, DevsForFun ID).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the scheduling service.
  • To facilitate calendar synchronization and prevent scheduling conflicts.
  • To manage your account and provide customer support.
  • To send important service updates and administrative messages.
  • To improve and optimize our application, which may in the future include training our own in-house AI models. We do not sell your data or share it with third-party AI providers for training.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We use third-party vendors for hosting (Next.js/Vercel) and database management (Supabase) to operate our service.
  • Booking Participants: When someone books a meeting with you, their name and email are shared with you, and the meeting details are added to both parties' calendars.
  • Legal Requirements: If required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information. However, please note that no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information. You can do this by managing your account settings or contacting us. You may also revoke access to your calendar at any time from your calendar provider's security settings.
